• You will not misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or solicit funds in our name without our written permission
3. Donations & Payments
Donations may be made as one-time or recurring contributions through our third-party payment processor. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund contributions already processed. Donations are voluntary and, except where required by law or approved by us in writing, are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly at the billing address in Section 13 so we can review it. We are a nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code; tax deductibility depends on your own circumstances and local law, and we encourage you to consult a tax advisor. We reserve the right to change donation options, suggested amounts, and payment processing upon reasonable advance notice.
4. Programs and Use of Funds
We use donations to support our charitable mission, including art and education programs for children and communities, and the administrative and fundraising costs needed to run them. Program details, locations, and priorities are described on our website and may change over time. We apply gifts where they are most needed, and we may redirect a donation designated for a specific project to a similar purpose if that project is completed, fully funded, or no longer feasible. Volunteer, sponsor, and event participation is confirmed by us and may be limited by capacity, safety, or program requirements.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We strive to use every contribution responsibly and to deliver meaningful educational and cultural opportunities, but we do not guarantee a specific number of participants, program outcomes, event dates, or results. Program activity depends on funding, community needs, weather, safety conditions, local regulations, and other factors outside our control.
